Terms of service for school pilots and classroom access
These terms govern the current Aforapple.fun pilot and licensed classroom experience. They are written for the school-admin and teacher use case reflected on this site as of May 15, 2026.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to schools, school administrators, teachers, and staff members who request a demo, use a pilot key, or access licensed classroom content through Aforapple.fun.
Pilot access
- Public sample lessons may be accessed without an activation key.
- Protected lessons and the full lesson library require a valid activation key.
- Pilot keys may be time-limited, school-specific, and restricted to evaluation use.
Acceptable use
- Use the content for classroom instruction, lesson preparation, or school evaluation.
- Do not share pilot access outside the requesting school without permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or misuse activation keys.
Product changes during the pilot
Some features, lesson lists, access flows, and reporting details may change while the product is being improved. Pilot access is intended to help evaluate fit, not to guarantee a final feature set.
Data and reporting
The current pilot report page stores usage locally on the device used during the trial. Schools may export that information manually for internal review or follow-up conversations. The current pilot flow is not positioned as a student information system or formal progress-tracking platform.
Licensing and pricing
Public pricing bands on the site are directional and quote-led. Final pilot or annual licensing terms may depend on classroom count, device setup, languages needed, and rollout scope.
Support and contact
For pilot setup, licensing, or terms questions, please use the pilot request form so the request is routed to the school onboarding flow.
