Privacy policy for school pilots and classroom use
This policy explains how Aforapple.fun handles information collected from school admins, teachers, and devices used during classroom pilots. It is written for the current pilot model on this site as of May 15, 2026.
What information we collect
- School and contact details submitted through the pilot request form.
- Activation and access details associated with school keys.
- Device-level usage data stored locally in the browser for pilot reporting.
- Basic analytics and troubleshooting details needed to operate the site.
How the pilot request form works
The school pilot request form collects information such as school name, city and state, contact name, work email, phone or WhatsApp, grades served, number of classrooms, languages needed, main device type, preferred demo time, and optional notes. This information is used to qualify, schedule, and support a school pilot.
How usage reporting works today
The pilot report page currently stores lesson activity on the device that was used during the pilot. This local report can be exported manually as JSON or CSV. It is intended for pilot follow-up, not for child-level progress tracking.
Children's data
Aforapple.fun is designed for classroom instruction. The current pilot experience is not intended to collect student accounts or student profile data from children. Schools should avoid entering sensitive student personal information into the pilot request form or lesson content.
How we use the information
- To respond to school inquiries and schedule demos.
- To activate and support school pilot keys.
- To review lesson usage during a pilot and improve the product.
- To discuss annual licensing or rollout options with the requesting school.
How to contact us
For privacy questions or requests related to a school pilot, please use the pilot request form so the inquiry reaches the same team that manages school onboarding.
